I can’t warn you guys enough to avoid this company at all costs if you can. I’ve been reaching out to them for dayyys about a failed deposit that should’ve been transferred to my bank weeks ago! They have no phone number to contact them, their website is buggy as hell, and they take FOREVER to respond to emails. No matter how much I tell them how urgent it is that I get these funds released, they don’t budge.

Had 2 accounts with PayPal now – both times they have sided with a scammer and not taken my fraud claim seriously. Then proceeded to call me / contact me a load of times to refill my balance. I have my own business of buying / selling things through eBay, so I’ve kind of had to use PayPal. Unfortunately, they favor scammers over legitimate sellers. Awful / predatory company, if you can… Stay well away

I cannot believe how idiotic the customer service team is. First off they work from home, How do I know? Because after waiting on hold FOREVER.. the rep had me listening to him but did not realize I was on the line for ten minutes! Then was absolutely no help! What classless, unprofessional, idiotic customer service they have! Chat is no better. We need to change merchants.
